What is Pathways Group Coaching?
Pathways Group Coaching is a guided discipleship process that helps believers in Jesus Christ establish the essential rhythms and practices of life with Jesus the King in His Kingdom. Rather than simply learning about spiritual formation, participants are coached to develop sustainable habits that create space for God to transform their lives from the inside out.
What is the topic? Each Pathways module focuses on one foundational area of Christian life—such as engaging Scripture for transformation, prayer, worship, solitude, abiding in Christ, or hearing God's voice.
What is the format? Each Pathways module begins with a large-group teaching experience that introduces the theme of the coaching module.
Following each large-group gathering, participants are invited to continue their journey through a group coaching module meeting over the next three months. This small group meets for five sessions and includes guided discussion, practical exercises, personal reflection, ongoing encouragement and accountability; participants learn how to integrate these practices into everyday life. Each coaching module extends over approximately three months, generally meeting twice a month, allowing time for new habits to take root and become part of a participant's daily walk with Christ.
What is the goal? These coaching modules are designed to help participants move beyond information to transformation. The goal is that spiritual formation becomes a lived experience rather than merely accumulated knowledge.
What is the group size? Groups are intentionally limited to 8-10 participants to foster meaningful relationships, personalized coaching, and accountability.
Who is the coach? Each group is led by a trained Faith Coach who has successfully completed the God's Living Stones Faith Coach Training process and continues to receive coaching, ongoing development, and spiritual oversight.
What is the cost? A donation of any amount would be gratefully accepted to cover materials, but it is NOT required.
